My tutorial is just that, there are some demo aerobatic videos here on the site as well, I think under Misc. Downloads ;)

Its not that hard, I mean really, pull the stick to the far left or right and hold it, you've rolled, all you really need to do is think aobut what you want to do.

Well that would tell you how to roll, but not much more.  There's MUCH more to aerobatics than rolling left or right.
