Color of the Sea

I did some adjusting in my graphic settings in my FS2004.  Although it brought about an overall improvement, it changed the color of the sea ifrom what it used to be (dark blue) into a greenish pastel like color. How do I change it back to the bluish color?

i'm not really sure what you did... try tampering with the water detail and effects sliders untill you get a proper result

another theory, it might be just the water around you, try fying somewhere else (places like the Bahamas have very clear greenish water)

Try the morewater.zip freeware-add-on you can find on avsim. You'll be surprised by the result.

Got it figured out. I adjusted the water setting in my FS2004 all the way to the left (None). Apparently, unlike FS2000, FS2004 has only three water settings (None, Low and High) . Both Low and High make the color of the water sort of pastel green. In "none" however, the water looked darker blue which is more realistic. On the other hand FS2000 has six settings resulting in more options.  Thanks a nyways.
