FS .DLL Programs

How can i make my program come up in FS, by pressing a certain button..

Im building a FS PDA, and havnt found anything on this, any SDK's?, cause i aint found any..

This PDA is built in Flash and i was wondering if this could be displayed in FS, like many products..
FSNAV etc..

But i want it to be like apart of the panel.. but without having to install it to each panel..
