Avro-Arrow-flap problem

Hello chaps, I downloaed the fine arrow zip, when just cruising along no high speed or anything suddenly the FLAPS start ocilating up and down rapidly.You hang on to the stick tightly mine has force feed-back, then after a while it stops FLAPPING then starts again.I have the latest ATI drivers-is does not happen in any other download.I tried to E-mail the designer E-mail not accepted. Any ideas Guys!-Biggles.

i never had that problem. only when i hit 2000 knot i can't fly the plane.
