AIBridge V3.0 for FS9

Just downloaded AIBridge v.3 for FS9. As with the older version that I never got working, there are no instructions as to how to use or where to put the AIBridge.exe.

Got the reg. code for FSUIPC and I am ok there. Just want to make sure I put the thing in the right place.

Anyone use this and can tell me where it goes for sure?

03/26/05 UPDATE!.............

OK, evidently I have it in the right place. Flew some multiplayer last night at FSTower but couldn't get the F16 radar to display the other acft.

Question..........does AIBridge have to be started and hooked up to IP BEFORE flight? What's the correct proceedure?
