Verycool- I was just talking here the other day about how useful it would be to have a "live" CFI in with you for FS flight lessons, instead of the dumb canned voice-bites and even dumber text generator...
and of course the multi-person crew aspect is even more obvious!

I was flying multiplayer with a guy that had this this afternoon. He was instructing a guy in a 172, it seemed pretty cool. Not sure how well it actually works, but a neat concept.
