AI settings

Just wondering where everyone has there AI settings I find my best mid point between framerate and AI is about 75 or so.l ;D
Specs
E6300, 3 gigs 800 Ram, 8800GT oc, 400gig Sata drive, Windows XP Pro 64 Bit..

For default?  They don't affect my framerates, so I've it maxed out at 100%.  I'll get around to installing PAI one of these days...

I normally fly with it at 100% until I hit a very 'dense' area (Heathrow etc.....) then have to drop it to around 50% to get decent FPS.
