Hi Supernova..did you actually read the readme file carefully..especially this bit....
IMPORTANT: THIS PANEL REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE THE DEFAULT FS2000 CONCORDE.GAU GAUGES INSTALLED IN YOUR FS9 GAUGES FOLDER. YOU CAN GET THE REQUIRED GAUGES HERE:
http://pages.infinit.net/camsim/promax380.htmIMPORTANT: To avoid software compatability errors when starting FS9, use NOTEPAD or similar text editor to open the make sure you have the following Section in your FS2004.cfg file
[OldModules]
FSSound.dll=1
Q) Where is the configuration file now located?
A) It will be located in your personal Application Data folder. On Windows 2000/XP systems, this is located in \Documents and Settings\
\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\FS9.cfg (for Windows 9x users the path is \Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\fs9.cfg). The Application Data folder is hidden, so you will need to enable viewing of hidden files/folders under the Folder Options in your Explorer..
I don't really think removing the gauge will help you that would have been sorted out with the Fs9.cfg Old Modules bit as stated above...just do EXACTLY what the readme says and you should be fine..commoner
