If anyone is flying this AC can you tell me how to change the center of gravity. It would be greatly appreciated.

its in the aircraft.cfg somewhere.

Line looks somthing this

empty_weight_CG_position = -0.180, 0.000, 0.000

Altering the -0.180 in this case would move it either forward or backwards.

Or you might want to move the fuel, which is what they did in the real world Concorde  ;)
