Can anyone tell me how to access the "slew mode" in FS2004/FS9?  Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum vma311

And as the others said "Y" puts you in slew mode, "Q" raises the plane in slew mode, and "A" lowers the plane, and to stop it use the "5" on the Number Pad, with the Num Lock turned OFF  ;D

And you can also use the buttons that you use for flaps, landing gear and kneeboard, to rotate the aircraft around it's axes.
