FSUIPC Help

Postby Joe512 » Sat Dec 18, 2004 9:50 am

Im having trouble getting my squawkbox setup and It all seems to come back to my FSUIPC not being registered. The instructions say there should be a readme type file with the files that gives me this key. There is no such file. Any help? Thanks.

Hi Joe,

You will have to register FSUIPC with the "Key Code" for Squawk Box. Go here and get the code for SB:

Now start up your FS, hit the MODULES Tab and then FSUIPC. Hit the "Register an Application Program" button and enter the name of the file exactly as listed at Pete's site and then the code he gives. Hit OK and there ya go.

I got all the goodies and all the power I need to run anything thrown at me for the next two months!

At the risk of appearing a fool, what the heck is "squawkbox?"

Squawkbox is a program used to connect Flight Sim for online multi-player, like VATSIM, and IVAO used to use squawkbox, but now have their own client called IVAP
