Launching FS2004

I've just reinstalled FS2004 and can't seem to find the small utility file that lets you run the sim without having to load disc 4. Can anyone tell me the name of this freeware and where I can find it?
A lousy day's flying beats a good day at the office every time.

The No CD patch. It replaces the FS9.exe file.

There's one for FS9 and another one for FS9.1 with the update.
