Sound Question, or not ?

Hi guys. I have a couple of questions really; first being, how I use the sounds. Cant remember what pack it is, but it basically consists of chatter from the captain to the ground crew, requesting pushback and so on. There is also a call to the cabin crew. These sounds were placed into the fs9/ sounds folder.  But as yet, i have been unable to operate them.

The other point is, how if its possible, do i get a jet-way or stairs to come to the aircraft?

To play those sounds you will need an add on program. Most that I know of are payware so be prepared to spend some $$.

There are some freebies, I've used them.  But they got old fast, so I couldn't tell you what they were.  Search around, you'll find them.
