getting ATC to say new airline name

Postby beefhole » Fri Nov 19, 2004 5:59 pm

I'm only having problems with a few liveries.  Airline names that should be programmed into the ATC voice database and should work aren't.  Yes, I've changed the aircrfat.cfg and yes, I have editvoicepack.  The one that I know MFS had-Speedbird-just isn't working.  Neither is westjet.  There will probably be more to come.  And when I find the calsign I'm looking for in editvoicepack, how do I export it to MS? Don't say update airlines.cfg, that does nothing.  Any suggestions?

Speed Bird should work if you enter it as two words, "Speed Bird".

According to my list, West Jet will be the spoken name if you enter the name as "West".

No guarantees, but give it a try.
