TO/GA

Ok, I'm wondering how exactly TO/GA is used in fs.  I've tried using it on takeoffs, but if I have a high rotation speed it throttles down while I'm still on the runway.  When is it supposed to be engaged?

I'm aware that you are using the PMDG 737, so check out this thread

Thanks a lot, I learned much from the post  :o but I'm using the default boeing 737 becasue my ass is LA-ZY.  No FMC.  :(   What now?

To make things 100% clear:

Yes, A/T is armed, yes F/D is on.  Basically, after TO/GA is engaged, it only maintains takeoff thrust for so long before throttling down, causing my brakes to kick in becasue they're at RTO.  Does TO/GA just not work on the default 737? (I don't know about the other defaults, I fly them but I haven't tried TO/GA yet.)
