Try this at KSEA on the active runway. A head wind helps but this should work in fair weather.
Set flaps to 20 (I use the 747 panel), keep the brake on and start advancing the throttle. When N1 passes 60% release the brakes to start your takeoff roll.
When you hit about 180 kts pull the stick back. By now you can see the end of the runway coming at you but stay with it. The plane should lift off about 190 or 195 kts.
When you've got a positive rate of climb raise the gear but leave the flaps until after 200 kts then retract them one notch at a time while you increase your airspeed.
I've done this with the plane weighing 1,280,000 lbs.
