How to add an intersection or a WP

Hi people,
I know how to add an intersection or a way point for the FMS of the SquawkBox, editing the file Fixes.dat, and also for the FSNav editing Isec.txt file.
But, how can I add this points in the FS9 in order to have them in the GPS and the map?

XML files... somewhere in the ATC SDK you can find that info
