To many icons?

In my FS9 folder there is an icon for fs9, fs2000 and fs2002 which all start fs9.

Does anyone know why the fs2000 and fs2002 icons are there?

They are there to support  pre FS9 software installation programs which look for them to know where to install.
Home airports are KMGJ and KSWF in Orange County, NY
