water reflection textures

Hi all
My question might have been asked before in here but I didn't quite foun the answer for it
I set my display settings to custom depending on the type of flight,if it is a dense urban area or not.
However when I set the water display to "land and water" I don't get the water reflection texture,nor when I set the the water display up to "detailed".
More than that when I return to the settings after the flight I see the settings went back to medium.
Question: how can I make the water "reflect" is there a texture to download?

You'll need to set your water effect to the maximum to get this, also what video card are you using?

I use the texture from 2004 downloads scenery page 11.....setting at land only ( NOT land and water) and the water setting at the highest. A nice balance of colour and reflections for me.  I think there is a good one on page 4 or so too which also needs highest water setting fo the best result.
