From the sound of your post, I assume you went up there to find it missing.

You can find it here at SIMV as an add-on.

It is also available here

 Ozzy is the reason that the bridge was left out of FS9, M$ was tired of rebuilding everything Ozzy would take out during inverted accidents! ;D ;D ;D ;D
