FS9 Startup

I've had FS9 on the computer for ages and the only addon I have is PMDG 737NG and nothing else, no freeware, nothing!!
Anyway my dad is the moderator on our computer(XP) and reset the computer due to problems with his programme (Doom3) but didn't reset before FS9 was installed. However, I cannot play FS9 in my username anymore but can on my sister's username even though it says that fs9 is installed and all the files are there! Everytime I click on the FS9 icon on the desktop the first shot of the DC-3 comes up(Startup screen) and then nothing happens and it says it's not responding.
But as soon as I go on my sister's account it works fine???

Sounds like the "moderator" might have whacked the registry  :P.
