Water

I just downloaded the water texture upgrade from this site. How do you make it look even shinier?
do you have to change something in a .cfg or something?

You can downoad a freeware package to make water more life like, I belive it is here at SimV

Only in the display menu I believe.
Water effects should be at max, while terrain detail should be at "land only"

Edit: I'm not sure if the special effects slider makes any difference to the water appearence, but it might help if you increase that slider to the max aswell, but I'm not 100% sure  ???
