the cd crack

I got the cd crack for 04 and for the life of me I cannot find  the fs9.exe file. Call me a dumb a** or anything else I can take the heat but a little help installing this would really be appreaciated.

Well, I looked through the FAQs and didn't see an answer to Woolfsters question

Woolfster, The FS9.EXE should be in the main directory where you installed FS. If you don't know where that is, conduct a file search.

Its usually (in a regular install) C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\fs9.exe

This is where mine resides..........in the main FS9 folder.

I would recommend that you rename that to something else (fs9.original or something similar) and then insert the new fs9.exe.

always backup the original fs9 exe in a spare or backup folder by cutting this out of the folder then place the new cd cracked fs9.exe in the main folder as mentioned before which should be where shown unless you installed it somewhwere else . regards greg brown
