Best way to reinstall FS9?

OK so apparently I have messed up a few things. My texture in Northern Canada and Alaska has lakes higher than the ground and the navigation lights on the aircraft are blinking way too fast.

I have a lot of payware aircraft I dont want to lose, but Im sure I can log into my accounts on each payware site, to redownload them, so I might just do that and completely wipe FS9 and reinstall, but that to me sounds like an extreme measure. is there somethign easier?

If I would be you,and if i buy a`paywares add-on i thing you have the right to recorded every payware in CD you paid for you own right to use it.....for personal purposes of couse....

Hiya Stephen. I am pretty familiar with this and since you and I both have allot of payware. Here are my suggestions.
First, back up your entire FS9 Root folder. This way all your files will still be in tact. Label it
