Stevewilson,
You have to do some editing of your existing flightplan to get this aircraft into "the list".
The basic tool to do this is TrafficTools. It creates flightplans. The problem is it works with text editor files that are sdort of like trying to read a DNA sequence ;).
There are numerous "front ends" for working with TTools that make the process of setting up and managaing flight plans FAR easier. My favorites are AI Traffic Mover (AITM) and YRoute. All three of these programs are freeware.
Once you learn a bit about how to install and use the programs... you can just assign specific new flights to ANY aircraft in your aircraft folder...... or you can "substitute" an aricraft for all the existing flights assigned to another aircraft's flight plans.
Takes a bit to get used to.... but it is actually not hard.
And for some more realism in your general AI traffic.... take a look at my post in "Other Sites" about the AI planes that have pushback tractors moving them and ground support vehicles showing up with them.
best,
.................john
