F-16 AFTERBURNER PROBLEM....HELP!!!!!

hi everyone.

I have a problem with the F-16 afterburner effect, that I download here, on simviation.

I install it three times and I does not work....

I think it is because in the read me file says that, the effect works when two things happen.

1- when throttle is 94% or +

2- when " N1 " or " N2 "...( I don

I have a problem with the F-16 afterburner effect, that I download here, on simviation.

Try pressing shift-F4 to engage the re-heat.

I install it three times and I does not work....

I think it is because in the read me file says that, the effect works when two things happen.

1- when throttle is 94% or +
Throttle % is your manual fuel control from 0 to 100%. Some designs will use a gauge to simulate re-heat above a certain throttle position as is used in real life.
2- when " N1 " or " N2 "...( I don

I found it easiest to find a F-16 package with the afterburner effect installed, took a while to find a good looking one but i found one none the less.

You didn't mention which Afterburner package you are trying to get to work.

The best, in my opinion is Jan Rosenberg's located here at the bottom of the page.

There is some manual editing of the acft.cfg file and quite a few files that need to be put in the right place, but Jan provides good detailed instructions. If you need anymore help, let me know.

Saludos y bienvenido air_Santo_Domingo a simV aqui tambien habemos latinos soy de Venezuela y estoy ahi tambien,Estamos a la orden amigo,si todavia tienes  problemas con los afterburners de los F-16 mandame un instand message

gracias amigo ALROT..... todavia estoy confrontando problemas con el efecto afterburner del F-16, he seguido paso a paso lo que dice en el read me file, y todavia no aparece  :(............. no se si estoy pasando algo por alto. pero de todas formas gracias.
