CRJ 200 problems

Postby BiggBaddWolf » Mon Aug 09, 2004 5:29 am

I just downloaded a CRJ-200 for FS2004. When I went to fly it, it had the dreaded Cessna panel and sound file  :-/
So I slapped the Lear 45 default panel and sound into it. Problem is now whenever I click on the IAS or the Mach speed to hold the speed nothing happens  :o
Other than that everything else works fine. Any ideas on how I can fix the speed hold so it will work, maybe something in the aircraft.cfg itself?
Any help would be greatly appreciated ;D
Thanx in advance!

Check your aircraft.cfg file, does it have the following in it?

[autopilot]
autopilot_available= 1
flight_director_available= 1
autothrottle_available= 1

If not you'll need to add it ;)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Thanks for the reply....those were in the aircraft.cfg, and were correct, but found that the autothrottle arming was set to 1 and the autothrottle takeoff ga was set to 0. I looked at other cfg's and they were just the opposite and switched those around and it works like a charm now.  ;D
