Water Textures

Ive downloaded the Bill Lyons water textures but they dont work, and I cant make the water texture setting go to High, HELP!

What grafics-card are you using? Some older models can't deal with these effects....

Even newer models don't support this. I think you need a Geforce FX5600 or Radeon 9600 or above to set it to high.

I'm running a Ti4600 and can get the latest water effects just fine.
The MX cards can't handle them, but all others should...
If you set the water textures to high then the land textures go down slightly, but if you've got your building density set high you'll never notice ;)

I have a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400, let me guess... I have to get a better card.




         Is there any thing I can do like change display settings to low but put the water setting high?
