Paul Rebuffats CFS2 planes all work fine in FS9, there are also some lovely Seafires appearing at Aeroplane Heaven, again freeware (you have to join to download them, but its free) ;)
Of course we've got some nice FS9 Spits right here at SimV as well ;D ;D ;D
