Lockheed Vega exits

Postby Staiduk » Mon Jul 12, 2004 3:37 pm

'Lo all!

Dunno if there's anyone else out there that actually likes flying the Vega - it's an absolute beast to fly; low visibility, etc. but I've recently enjoyed taking some tours in the tough old Winnie Mae - really takes you back a few decades. :)

A funny thing though; it's supposed to have two exits. Exit 1 is the sliding top of the canopy - I generally fly with it open. But I was playing around with Exit 2; and for the life of me can't locate what exit 2 is.

There are two exits listed in the .cfg; and hitting SHF-E, 2 gives the sound of an exit being opened/closed; but I can't see anything move.

Anyone know what the second exit on the Lockheed Vega is? :)
Thanx!

Thanx; that's pretty much my conclusion as well - it has provision in the files for a second exit; but nothing in the model. Oh well; one's enough - this isn't an airplane you fly for the looks.  ;D
