ATC Sound

All of a sudden I am unable to get ATC sound, all other sounds are ok.  Any ideas?

Check the volume in your settings.
Great edit, Bob.

Google it.

Volume is mid point.  same as others.  This is what takes place.

ie: "request taxi"  there is no voice, requesting taxi, nor does the display change indicating that Ground received the message. When flying and tuned to a Center, there is no traffic information, even though there are numerous A/C in the vicinity.  Yet engine, cockpit sounds are normal.

Sounds like your avionics switch is set to 'off', which would explain there being no sound, nor any onscreen confirmation of a message being sent.

I agree your avionics switch is off.
I have assigned alt a for this as not all planes have a avionics switch.

Thanks for the input.  Don't know how it happened but it did.  Avionics off.  Works fine now.  The AT6 Texan does not have a switch, will have to do something about that.
