how to play .FX files?

The sound of rain on the runway is very soothing. Perfect for sleeping to.  (fx_rainClose.FX)

how do I convert it to a file that win-amp Will recognize?

Won't the sound be in the sounds folder?

ah! you are correct sir. now I have to figure out how to loop it as well as flight sim does (G)
