Clearing up FS9

Postby Gixer » Sat Apr 24, 2004 5:14 am

OK I'm in the process of tidying up my FS9, you know removing unflown aircraft / scenery etc.  Now I have heard about gauge cleaning progs, my question is are they any good? if so which is best and where do I get it from?   I have a fair bit of payware so dont want to be removing any of those gauges!!

Short of that I guess its a re-install.

Gixer Take my advice stay away from gauge cleaner programs. They all are more trouble than they are worth.
You can always just leave the unused gauges there as they wont affect FS9 at all.
If you plan to install any new planes that you want to check out than keep the gauge file that usually comes with the download then use that to remove the gauges with this way you will not remove a shared gauge.
