Changing ATC accents

Can anyone tell me if there is software out there that will change the standard American  accent to an English one?

Before all you Yanks start getting on your high horses with claims of racism, I love you guys!! but, I think that it would make my flights over Wales more authentic as I am not aware of any American ATC guys at Cardiff!!

Also, on the subject of ATC, why can't Microsoft allow the ATC programme to operate in multiplayer?

Hmmm....complaining about us Yanks huh?
Actually I would love to have the ATC have regional accents. Fly into dallas and have a good old southern accent...fly to London have a nifty english accent.
The bad part is that there is no add-on to "fix" this
