Best Nvidia Driver

I tried an ATI card and had nothing but flickering issues with it. I exchanged it for a 5700 nvidia. I tried the latest driver of 56.72 and experienced terrible performance. I uninstalled everything and installed the driver I had a great luck with when I had a 5200 in my machine the 53.03 and my new 5700 is running like a top. I am getting 26-35 FPS on the ground. Did anybody else have the same performance issues with the newest drivers? Did you roll back your driver?

The 56.82's have proven the most effective for me so far in the firestorm of forceware drivers. Check them out at  http://download.guru3d.com/detonator/  if you wish.
Keep in mind that these drivers work best with my system and configuration and may not work as well with anyone else. Happy Flying.

You need to use driver cleaner to get the ATI drivers off 100%.

MrPooPyPanTs how do the firestorm drivers work in terms of other games? Have they been tested with most games or am I going to be going blind if I install them?
