need some help i can't get it to work

I downloaded the Vintage Carrier AI Pack from Sim-outhouse and installed it the way it says four me to do and ever thing looks ok but whin i go to play the game there are no Ai planes on the Carrier what do i do fix?

;D I get it to work the air traffic % was set to low. thanks Andrew. ;D
