Only place you can download it is at www.flightsim.com
Beware though, it's a huge file (219 Mb) and Flightsim is very busy at the moment...My download speed (on a cable connection!) is down to 4 or 5 kb/s, so that takes more than 20 hours..

Should be worth it though.

it's NL2000 made working on FS2004... IMHO not worth the FPS drop
