How on earth do you access the reverse thrust in fs9? i just do not know where to find the control button in the set up menu. also i have missed-placed my instruction manual, otherwise i wouldn't have placed an ad in this forum.

I think you need to get the Engine Console display up, the one that shows the throttle positions.  You can then drag the throttles back past "0" to the reverse position with the mouse.

you can also just hold down F2 on the ground

and if you want to assign reverse thrust to a joystick button just go to engine decrease quickly (what F2 is assigned to), and select the joystick button you want, then move the repeat slider all the way to the right, and you now can press and hold a button on the joystick after you land for your reversers
