CFS3 won't start after 2004 Install

I had CFS 3 installed on my computer, and it worked fine. I recently bought and installed FS 2004. It works correctly. Now CSF 3 will not load. The first screen comes up and then closes. Task manager shows there are no active programs. I am using no_CD on both products.

Any ideas of what is going on here and how to fix it?

Not really sure how to fix this, but now that FS2004 is installed, try to uninstall CFS3 and then reinstall and see if that helps...just a guess mind, but could sort out any incompatabilities that may have occurred. If not..sorry but stumped after that.
