Downloadable version of new military jet video!

Postby EricK » Sun Mar 07, 2004 9:14 pm

Hi there,
I have recently completed a large 60mb video compilation of all the best freeware military jets in FS9. It is about 7 minutes long with a great soundtrack and takes about 5 minutes to download.
If you get a chance to see it, please let me know what you think. This is my first serious attempt at a comprehensive video clip!
Thanks
Eric

Hi EA_KATL

No not at all. My videos are made in .WMV format. It just so happens that "simradar" converts submitted videos to Realplayer. Anyway, I use two programs to do it. One, which came with my computer (windows XP) is Windows Movie Maker. This allow you to edit the raw footage. Second, Fraps, which allows you to record in game footage. This is available in a few different freeware versions. The newest, Fraps 2, which I use, is payware and cost about $20. You may want to try the freeware versions first. No sound recording and only half screen capabilities. Anyway here is the link - http://www.fraps.com/
It took me about a 2 days to properly figure it all out.
Hope that helped and thanks again.
