I've always played FS9 on my laptops since FS9 came out, first with XP, then Win7, now WinX (which is still the worst version you can have, but we're forced to) and still have a lot of fun with it. Most of the FS9-stuff I have I keep on a separate HD (1TB), so I have enough free memory on my laptop to experience. It's best to set your comptability-mode to WinXP SP2 or 3, Win7 works ok too for me.

It will work very well.
I've 8 different unique versions on my i5 laptop, all working perfectly in Windows 10. No issues at all.

Try it, & have fun!
