In your case look and see if you can find the names of the files in this program the original ones should have a name somewhat similar.
It can be difficult to locate the offending BGL files. One way is to start turning off a section of scenery one at a time and check to see if the bridges are gone. This could be time consuming or you might get lucky. But once you find the scenery all you have to do is to remove the BGL files.
