Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

Hi guys
i'm thinking about purchasing one of those 2 products,MT OR UT but for the life of me i dont know witch one to get.
I'm using WOA but i want try something else,maybe brings more realistic to the game,can somene give me some suggestions please?

It takes forever to download and then it says Data is invalid
