Anyone knows how to use the ground services , not the push back tugs and not the ones comes with the download of the aircraft.

If you mean baggage carts and jetways, baggage carts appear when you open the cargo doors with Shift+2 or Shift+3.
Jetways are Ctrl+J, I believe.
