What you have there is the lines from the 'airports*.txt'. One of the 3 source files used to compile a 'traffic".bgl file, it identifies the airports used in the compilation.
Those lines=,Latitude,Longitude,Elevation.

The other 2 source files are the aircraft*.txt file and the flightplans*.txt file.

If you install Traffic Tools-http://www.simviation.com/simviation/static.php?ID=201&page=1-the help file will describe the structure of each of the source .txt files.

Another nice tool is the FS2004 Traffic Toolbox SDK-http://scenery.org/tutorials_fs2k4_SDK.htm-once installed you will have a new 'Tools' menu in FS. Using the 'Explorer' from that menu, you can see the ai activity/status in the active ai area around your aircraft.
