I want to get rid of the whole software since I want to install another AI traffic system.
Can anyone help?

It should be straightforward although might take some time depending on how much is installed...
First, locate the traffic.bgl files found inside FS Scenery main folder -> World -> Scenery and remove them (all easily identified being named WOA_something)
Next, simply remove the aircraft (similarly named) from the aircraft main folder in FS.
Might be best to just move everything to a backup file as there's a good possibility you might want to restore it sometime.

You can also backup and/or remove packages or all from the WOAI Installer. Click on the 'Expert' mode button and you'll see the options. It's exlained in the Installer Documentation.doc or here:
http://www.world-of-ai.com/installer.htmlIf you want to remover the installer, just delete the folder where you have it installed. There is no 'uninstall' necessary.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

You mean, just delete the folder where the installer is located and the all the AI airplanes in the sim vanish?

No.
Run the installer, click on the 'Expert' button. In Expert mode you have the option to 'Remove WOAI packages'. That will remove all WOAI aircraft and WOAI traffic files from the sim.
After the packages are removed you can then delete the folder where the installer is located.
