I like to fly out of Memphis International (MEM) which has three parallel runways 18-36 Left,Right,Center, and one crossing runwayway, 9-27.

I notice everytime I use ATC it will only clear me to takeoff or land on 36-Right. I tried changing the wind direction to a strong direct crosswind favoring 9-27 but still only get cleared to taxi to 36-Right.

I know sometimes you can get a dropdown menu to choose another runway, but not in this case. Anyone have any suggestions or know how to modify this?:question

Try downloding a new afcad for MEM.  Good afcads should enable all runways.

Or you could edit the AFCAD that you're using now.
