Well another question.
I always used ProjectAI traffic but now im trying Woai.
But there is a problem. Why with Woai traffic the planes FLY IN FORMATION.
I have several airlines you see 3,4 up to 8 flying close to each other like formation planes.I never had nothing like this with PAI .Am i doing something wrong??? :o

Sounds like you have 2 or more traffic*.bgl files that have the same flight plan schedules. (Though I don't know how you'd get as many as 8

Are the aircraft in 'formation' all TAPs, or various airlines?

I installed the WoAI TAP package. After a few quick checks, I don't see any duplicate flight plans. I did see that there are instances where 2 or more flights have the same arrival times at an airport.

I think you are either watching aircraft in the first 15 minutes in the sim or you have installed the package multiple times.

Sorry Tom just wondering . the first 15 minutes when you start your sim doe funny things to AI?

yes indeed. The ai engine of FS9 will take into account every movement that is planned inyour area of visibility and will go back 15 minuteds prior to your point in time where you are started the sim.

Say that you start a flight at 00:15 local time. FS will display all traffic from 00:00 onwards.

That's why it can be very busy in the sim in the first 15 minutes.
When a flightplan has a fixed arrival time FS will try at all costs to get it done in time.
This might cause crashing aircraft coming down from 20000 ft or flocks of aircraft arriving at an airport at the same time.

I usually use the first 15 minutes to do my checklists, grab a cup of coffee and setup the aircraft. Then the rush hour is about done and I can get on my way.

Kind regards,
