No particular restrictions on where you place the file. It can go in the \scenery\ subfolder of any active scenery area's folder. A typical place would be to put the file in the..\Addon scenery\scenery\ folder. Or you could create a new 'scenery area' folder to hold all Afcad files, example: ..\Afcads\scenery\ and add it to the Scenery Library.
2 notes on Afcads:
1-Afcads are generally created for either the default airport scenery or a specific add on airport scenery. Make sure the Afcad is for the scenery you are using or you could find aircraft parking in buildings or other such nonsense.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
