To increase the amount of AI traffic, you need to install addon AI packages. Project AI, World of AI, and a few other groups, both freeware and payware have addon AI packages

World of ai produce packages thatt fly semi realistic flightplans for an airline, therefore if you download the British Airways package, you wont seem them in every single airport. Try using the airport selector tool
http://www.world-of-ai.com/airports.php to search for an airport you frequently fly from, and download the packages that operate from that airport

Are you installing them using the WOAI installer?

The likely reasons for this were explained in your earlier post of the same question(s)

I think the easiest way would be to open FS9, click on "Settings", then "Traffic" and then adjust the traffic density setting. Your's is probably set up near 100%.
